3. Project Ownership

All designs, artwork, and deliverables remain the property of Signs and Branding until full payment has been received. Once payment is complete, full ownership and rights are transferred to the client.

4. Warranty

All products and services provided by Signs and Branding come with a 5-year warranty covering workmanship and materials under normal usage conditions. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, vandalism, or extreme environmental conditions.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final once production begins. Any cancellations prior to production may be subject to administrative fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Signs and Branding is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays, third-party vendors, or circumstances beyond our control (including weather, shipping delays, or on-site conditions).
